1) Order & Customer Information
Please provide your correct name, delivery address, and contact number.
If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the shipment is marked delivered by the courier, the order will be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued.
Orders are serviced only within our delivery zones.
2) Pricing & Payments
Prices are in INR.
Website prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and convenience charges, and exclusive of shipping unless stated otherwise.
Minimum order value: ₹300.
Accepted payments: Net Banking, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card.
Website prices may differ from the MRP printed on product boxes (website price may include packaging/handling/shipping-related charges). By ordering, you agree to pay the price shown on the website/invoice.
Prices may change without prior notice; we will never charge more than the price displayed at checkout.
3) Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched via Professional Couriers (or an equivalent reputed partner).
Dispatch window (Sweets/Dairy Products): typically 24–48 hours from order placement.
Delivery timeline: usually 4–7 business days from dispatch. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control; compensation for early/late delivery is not applicable.
Tamper check: Please do not accept parcels if the safety tape is tampered or the package appears opened.
PO Box / Govt. offices: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Proof of delivery may not be available for Government/Semi-Government addresses.
Public holidays: No deliveries.
4) Serviceable Regions
Deliveries currently available across South India. PAN-India and international shipping will be announced soon.
5) Bulk Orders
Please inform us at least 2 days in advance for bulk orders. Happy Herd may decline bulk orders due to time or logistics constraints.
6) Cancellations
Cancellations by Customer
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order provided the order has not been dispatched.
After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted except as noted below.
Cancellations by Happy Herd
Your order may be cancelled (with full refund) if:
The address is outside our serviceable zone.
We cannot reach you to confirm critical order details.
Delivery fails due to lack of information, direction, or authorization at the time of delivery.
Unavailability of the items/quantities ordered.
Force majeure or reasons beyond our control (see Liability).
If an item/quantity is unavailable, we will contact you on your registered phone number. If you cancel, your refund will be processed as per the Refunds section.
7) Returns & Refunds
When you can request a return/refund
If you are unsatisfied with a product, contact us within 10 days of shipment at info@happyherddairy.com or 87784 93652 for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price (see Return Shipping below).
Include:
Your full name
Order date (confirmation date)
Items to be returned/refunded (include the packet)
Reason for return (helps us improve)
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories where applicable.
Note (Perishables): For food/dairy/perishable items, returns are usually accepted only for damage, leakage, tampering, spoilage, or wrong item. Please share unboxing photos/videos for quick resolution.
Refund method & timeline
Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval/notification.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Funds typically reflect within 8–9 working days, subject to your bank’s clearing cycle.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Re-check your bank statement.
Contact your card issuer (posting can take time).

Eraivankadu, IndiaReturn shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipping is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted (unless the return is due to our error).
Subscription refunds
For subscription products, refunds are prorated based on remaining shipments.
8) Delayed Delivery — Replacement/Refund
Most orders arrive within 4–7 working days from dispatch.
If your order is not delivered within 10 days post-dispatch, we will replace the item(s) or issue a full refund.
This does not apply to delays due to receiver-side issues (e.g., incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).
9) Taxes, Duties & Other Charges
You agree to reimburse any Octroi/Entry Tax, Sales Tax, Airport/Railway demurrage, or penalties lawfully applicable to your shipment when demanded.
10) Liability & Force Majeure
Happy Herd is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: incorrect addresses, acts of God, public enemies, strikes, embargoes, transport disruptions (air/rail/road), accidents, natural calamities, war/riot/commotion, political disruptions, or inherent defects in shipment contents. No claim for loss/damage/delay will be entertained in such events.
11) Records & Proof of Delivery
Delivery records and related documents may be retained for up to 30 days after booking, after which they may be destroyed in the ordinary course of business.
Proof of delivery may be unavailable for certain Government/Semi-Government addresses.
